Welcome to Blackout Coffee Meadowbrook — a laid-back community hub nestled in the heart of Griffith University’s Logan campus, where good food brings people together. Open Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, we’re more than just a coffee stop — we’re a place to gather, slow down, and share a meal.

Our menu is built around the comfort and connection of **American BBQ-inspired cuisine**, pairing café favourites with the bold flavours of in-house smoked meats. From hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches, every dish is crafted to be enjoyed together — food that sparks conversation, creates memories, and keeps you coming back.

At the centre of it all is our coffee. Our baristas pour with purpose, serving consistently great coffee that fuels long chats, study sessions, meetings, and catch-ups alike.
